Game data — your Steam ID, in-game name, dinosaur, growth and in-world position while you play on our server (used for gameplay features such as proximity voice, the vault and activity maps).
Payments — handled entirely by Paddle.com (merchant of record). We receive your tier, the Steam ID you provide at checkout, and payment status — never your card details.
Voice chat — audio flows peer-to-peer between players via WebRTC; we do not record or store voice audio.
Email — if you email hello@apexisle.com we keep the correspondence.
Infrastructure
Our services run on Hetzner (Germany, EU) and Cloudflare. Email is delivered via Resend and Cloudflare. Payment processing is by Paddle. These providers process data on our behalf.
Retention & your rights
Game/save data is kept while you play on apexisle and for a reasonable period after; backups rotate automatically. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time via hello@apexisle.com. We do not sell personal data, ever.
Cookies
The website itself sets no tracking cookies. The checkout (Paddle) and browser storage for your own settings (player ID, PIN session) are used solely to provide the service.
