apexisle is a community-run multiplayer game server and companion web services (voice chat, dino vault, skin studio) for the game “The Isle: Evrima”. You need your own copy of the game via Steam to play. We are not affiliated with the game’s developer.
Paid tiers (Fledgling, Apex, Alpha) are optional monthly memberships that provide cosmetic and convenience perks only — such as Discord flair, vault storage slots, custom skins and queue priority. They never provide gameplay power. Perks apply on the apexisle server only and depend on the continued availability of the game and our services.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as merchant of record. Your invoice will show Paddle. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep perks until the end of the paid period. See our refund policy.
We may warn, kick or ban players for cheating, exploiting, harassment, hate speech or serious rule-breaking. Moderation actions are logged and can be appealed via hello@apexisle.com. Bans do not entitle a refund of past periods, though we will not renew a banned player’s subscription.
Companion features are keyed to your Steam ID and protected by a PIN you choose. Keep it private. We keep automatic backups of player saves but cannot guarantee against all in-game loss — the game is Early Access software.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the website or Discord. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
