Membership tiers are monthly subscriptions processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record.
Cancel anytime — cancellation stops future renewals; you keep your perks until the end of the period you already paid for.
14-day refund — if you are unhappy with your first purchase of a tier, contact us within 14 days of payment and we will refund it in full.
Renewals — accidental renewals reported within 7 days and with no material perk usage in the new period will be refunded.
How to request
Email hello@apexisle.com from the address used at checkout, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.
Exclusions
Periods already consumed in full, and accounts banned for cheating or serious misconduct, are not eligible for refunds of past periods.
